Are the characters and costumes shown going to be the ones at my party?
We do our best to provide you with the entertainer of your choice however we can not guarantee performers availability as they may already be booked on another event. We will always replace your performer in the event of an emergency with one of our cast members. Costumes, Performers and Wigs vary by region so we do not guarantee performers photographed on our website for this reason. However, we do guarantee the character you have booked.
Are your parties appropriate for all ages?
Our parties are generally for ages 3-10, but all ages are sure to enjoy our authentic and engaging performances. We provide plenty of activities to entertain both girls and boys. Our characters are available to service a variety of special events and corporate events as well. Our princesses love to entertain at schools, festivals, fairs, private birthday parties and more!
Do I need to put down a deposit to hold a date?
A deposit is required to be scheduled on our calendar is required as we are reserving your Character Performer, Party Date & Time specifically for your event! We do not reserve or hold dates without a deposit or Full Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. We do NOT accept Amex, Checks Or Cash to reserve. Deposits and Full Payments for reservations are non-refundable. Dates and times can be changed upon availability at no charge, however there are no refunds for deposits or full payments to hold your reservation.
Do you offer Refunds?
Refunds on parties are not offered under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds on parties due to Weather, Natural Disasters or Pandemics
How far in advance should I book?
Booking 10-12 weeks in advance is recommended although we can sometimes accommodate last minute bookings.
Is there a Fee if I cancel?
Yes! Amazing Fairytale Parties holds your date, time and character once you have made a deposit or full payment. That means we can not book any other parties during your scheduled time. If you need to cancel deposits or full payments for reservations are non-refundable. Dates and times can be changed upon availability at no charge, however there are no refunds for deposits or full payments. Rescheduling is allowed 1 time within a three month period, depending on availability. Again your deposit or full payment to reserve is non-refundable.
What happens at the in home party and what is important for me to know?
Imagination Parties characters are all professional entertainers that go through a detailed screening & training process. The character will park discreetly down the street and make a grand entrance to surprise the birthday child, meet & greet with the child & their guests and then begin the activities in the party package you purchased in the order the activities appear on our pricing page. Please allow the performer to do their normal routine without attempting to change things. We are professionals and this will guarantee your party to be a success. We always recommend that you bring out the Birthday Cake not long before your performer exits the party so that they may lead the Happy Birthday Song at the end before they make their exit. You are welcome to take as many photographs as you like throughout the party and have time for posed photography towards the end as well. Please know that if there is an emergency with your performers arrival time they will contact you directly. Please do not be concerned if you do not see them parked outside your party location before your party begins, as they are parked discreetly down the street so as not to ruin the surprise. We confirm all parties at the time of booking and by the Wednesday before the event.
What if I have an emergency the day of party?
If you have an emergency on the day of your party please call our offices to be forwarded to the on-call party coordinator.
What sets you apart from the competition?
Fully Licensed & Insured. For the safety of your children, the performers we work with, are all carefully screened and background checked. Imagination Parties offers the highest quality standard and reliability. We have performed at thousands of parties and events. You can count on us!
Where do you recommend I hold my party?
Due to the expensive nature and high quality of our costumes and wigs, our preference is to hold parties at locations such as: a home environment, community centers, restaurants, halls, etc. Backyards and Parks can make a very beautiful setting and we do service to them, however we ask that in the event of rain, extreme heat, or wind, our performers be provided with an indoor setting as a Plan B.
Do you offer decorating, cakes & supplies too?
At this time we do not currently provide baked goods, event decor or party supplies! We provide only the entertainment and equipment needed by our performers for their performances and party activities.

Travel allowances of $30 required for Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Ipswich
